PUBG Mobile has rolled out its new ‘Ancient Secret Mode’ along with new in-game events and exclusive rewards. There’s also a new arena gameplay called ‘Team Gun Game’. The new update with fresh content is now available on PUBG Mobile for Android and iOS users. The new Ancient Secret themed gameplay can be selected from the Mode Selection screen. Once this mode is selected, players will be see an ancient secret building rising on Miramar and Erangel. It’s a two-story structure that begins each game at ground-level. As the game progresses, the building also begins to float and follows the play circle.
In this mode, PUBG Mobile players get to fight a secretive boss that’s waiting in a sealed room on the second floor of the building. Defeating the boss of reaps rich rewards for the players. This mode also activates small ruins that spawn randomly throughout the map by concealing crates and puzzles. There’s also an Ancient Slate puzzle in this mode.
PUBG Mobile has also launched themed outfits like the Golden Pharaoh X-Suit Outfit, Warrior of Ra, Warrior of Nut, Underworld Guide, and Mummy costumes. These outfits can be upgraded up to six levels which unlock more benefits such as outfit for appearance upgrade, exclusive entry emotes, outfit-exclusive lobby emotes, teammate interaction emotes and item sharing, spawn island and kill announcement special effects.
The new Team Gun Game is a four vs four gameplay with Arena mode starting weapons which upgrade as players defeat their opponents. The final weapon is the notorious pan and the team that gets it first will get the Chicken Dinner. Team Gun Game can be played only during the weekend from Friday to Saturday. It’s also available in the new Library indoor map.
